VA water seal is an axial rubber seal ring. Unlike general rotary oil seals, the VA water seal relies on its elastic sealing lip to form an axial sealing effect. The sealing lip has good flexibility and adaptability, so compared to other seals, it can compensate for larger deviations and angular misalignment. The function of the VA water seal is to prevent external dirt from entering and internal grease from leaking out. The intermediate connection part ensures that the sealing lip exerts a slight pressure on the sealed surface to achieve long-lasting and effective sealing.
VA water seal is generally made of FKM (fluorocarbon rubber) material, which has excellent elasticity and is easy to stretch, making installation extremely convenient. It fits tightly with the shaft and rotates with it. Due to its simple structure, ease of use, and high reliability, the design workload related to grooves and installation is greatly reduced.
